Brad, I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve been having pain issues. Have you been able to get any relief? (Besides Zorra’s therapeutic visits?). Chronic pain can take a toll on you. It’s always a joy to see sweet Zorra. Glad that she brings you some joy ❤

Even though Zorra’s tail position when she’s moving around near you suggests she’s still a little wary, when she’s just sitting & eating with you she always looks so contented & calm. It’s like her time with you is a special place where she gets to feel safe & can consider her next move & ponder the mysteries of the kindly food giant she’s befriended without fear of trouble. There’s no doubt having you there for her has made a big, positive impact on her life 🤗♥️🐿 I’m so sorry to hear about the ongoing pain & mobility issues you’re suffering after your accident though. The fact that you’ve still been able to keep going through it all is inspirational stuff, but is there anything that can be done at this stage to alleviate or fix any of the damage? Or at least help you with the pain you’re experiencing? Zorra seems to be doing so well thanks you your kindness, I just wish there was something that could be done to have a similar, lasting, positive impact on your issues too!

Brad, we are so sorry to hear you were (and presumably still are) experiencing tremendous pain😢😢. Your comments about her being skittish plus how hungry she has been makes me more sure that Princess Zorra was pregnant while you were filming her in April. Our very friendly female squirrels get a little jittery while pregnant and stay that way for a few weeks after giving birth which makes perfect sense.

Zorra seemed a bit twitchier than usual this time. I figured it was just the close proximity of Shadow, giving her something extra to keep an eye on while she munched, but when she left, she seemed happy to just walk right past Shadow without any trouble at all! It’s great to see that she’s still happy to hang out with her human, even if she is feeling a little more self conscious for some reason. I’m sure it’s not just the bottomless buffet of pecans, she seems so fond of you too 🤗♥️🐿
